US ARMY, POLISH ARMY, NORWEGIAN ARMY: THE GENERAL SIKORSKI MILITARY TRAINING CENTER FOR FOREIGN OPERATIONS

From October 22–26, 2012, I worked with US Army, Polish Army, and Norwegian Army Officers. My training modules were devoted to effective negotiations in a cross-cultural setting.

The main purpose of the whole course was to further qualify CIMIC operators, officers, and non-commissioned officers (NCOs), assigned as CIMIC Liaison Officers, to conduct CIMIC LNO activities at the tactical/operational level across the full spectrum of military engagement in a complex operational environment.

Between September 2nd and 3rd, 2015, Dr. Michal Chmielecki held a dedicated training course for the Purchasing Department of PGNiG SA titled “Purchasing Negotiations.” The training course was carried out dynamically and based on numerous negotiation simulations and diagnostic tools.

The trainer is very well organized, can handle a group well, and carries out his program in a thought-out and flexible way. The methods of hosting the training course and passing on knowledge, as well as contact between the host and the group, were fully professional and on a very high substantive level, which makes Dr. Chmielecki easy to recommend as a trustworthy partner and professional and reliable provider of services.

SPACE RESEARCH CENTRE 

On September 2nd, 2014, chosen employees of the Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences participated in a closed one-day training course called “International negotiations” hosted by dr. Michal Chmielecki.

The training course was prepared in accordance with CBK PAN requirements and put an emphasis on the planning aspect of international negotiations and the role of strategy in carrying out negotiations. The workshop part of the training course was a great advantage, as the participants had the chance to actively be involved in games and simulations customized to the business profile of the Institute.

I would like to underline the engagement and competencies of the Host, both in terms of substance and coaching; he was fully prepared and answered all questions from the participants.

The training course met our expectations and we would like to fully recommend the training services provided by Dr. Michał Chmielecki.

EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF DIPLOMACY

It is my pleasure to confirm that Mr. Michal Chmielecki organized a workshop on International Negotiations for the European Academy of Diplomacy on February 3, 2015, during the program School of Fundamental Diplomatic Skills. Mr. Chmielecld proved to have great expertise in the field of negotiations. His workshop was a combination of theory and practice, with a strong focus on the latter. POLISH INSTITUTE OF DIPLOMACY

I would like to inform you that on June 23rd, 2016, Dr. Micha Chmielecki held a full-day training course in English concerning Multicultural Communication as part of a course for students from various diplomacy academies and young diplomates from Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine organized by our Institute.

The training session met our expectations and was highly rated by its participants, achieving one of the highest ratings throughout the course (4.87 out of 5). We were especially fond of the workshop part of the training, the focus on teamwork, the thoughtfulness, and the right dynamics of the session. As a result, the participants became more integrated, and a truly multicultural exchange was initiated.

Dr. Michal Chmielecki has, without doubt, fulfilled the conditions of our agreement. Both the proposed training program and the host (who had excellent English skills) are easily worth recommending.

NAVAL ACADEMY

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Naval Academy of the Defenders of Westerplatte would like to kindly thank you for carrying out a training course in “Negotiation in International Environments” as part of the diplomacy and diplomacy protocol curriculum section. The Shire Poland Team had a great opportunity to experience a very comprehensively prepared, client-crafted training during the Negotiation Workshop that took place on the 2nd of September, 2016, dedicated both to one of the company’s products and to its general negotiation technics.  The workshop with Dr. Michal Chmielecki not only strengthened our negotiation ability but also gave us an increased self-awareness as well as a deeper understanding of each other’s areas of strengths and challenges – very important for team negotiations.

CRACOW AIRPORT

I would like to hereby confirm that, on September 14th, 2016, Dr. Michal Chmielecki held a training course in English concerning cultural differences for the employees of VIP lounges of airports participating in the World Airports’ VIP Forum. The training course was held on the premises of the organizer of the course, Cracow Airport.

POLISH INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS 

The Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) is a leading Central European think tank that positions itself between the world of politics and independent analysis. PISM has earned the accolade of top global think tank among those with an annual operating budget of less than 5 million USD. Dr. Michał Chmielecki has been cooperating with the Academy of the Polish Institute of International Affairs since April 2014.

During this time, he comprehensively prepared and conducted workshops on international negotiations for students of Foreign Policy Studies and training, whose participants were mainly public administration employees carrying out tasks in the field of international cooperation and foreign policy of the Republic of Poland.

NATIONAL CENTER FOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Between December 6th and 7th, 2016, Dr. Michal Chmielecki held a training course in Negotiation Techniques” for the employees of the Research Development Department of the National Center for Research and Development.

The purpose of the training course was to obtain knowledge and skills that would allow attendees to carry out effective negotiations and build beneficial relations with partners.

The participants rated the broad knowledge of the lecturer very highly. They emphasized the high usefulness of the training course in everyday tasks and were inspired to implement new ideas connected to the topic. The lecturer hosted the training actively, thoroughly answered questions, and gave additional explanations.

In the post-training evaluation examination, the vast majority of the participants rated the essential preparedness of the host as very good (other participants rated the preparedness as “good”). The training program was prepared and carried out professionally, with due diligence and reliability. The general objectives of the training course were met. We would like to recommend cooperation with Dr. Chmielecki within the scope of developing negotiation techniques.
