With years of experience in negotiating high-stakes deals, I know what it takes to navigate complex situations and secure favorable outcomes. As a professional negotiator, I have successfully negotiated countless agreements, ensuring that both parties walk away satisfied. My expertise covers a wide range of industries, including business, real estate, and international relations.

During my practice as a professional negotiator (negotiations in over 20 countries) and in my training, coaching, and consulting career, I have observed and analyzed hundreds of real situations and almost two thousand negotiation simulations (training with clients).

I have had the chance to observe how teams and individuals prepare for their talks, how they collect data, how they assess the other party, how they choose their methods of persuasion, and how they construct their argumentation. I have learned about the values and norms behind individual solutions and suggestions. I have had the chance to dive very deeply into the dynamics of the negotiation process. These experiences let me look at the negotiation process from a very broad perspective, analyze it well, and help you or your employees get the results you want.

Scientific work

I publish my research in cooperation with prestigious scientific publishers, both in Poland and abroad (inter alia, Springer, Peter Lang, Lexington Books, Wolters Kluwer, OnePress, etc.). I have published more than 80 scientific articles, more than 20 chapters in scientific monographs, and 4 books (1 as a co-author) concerning negotiation, cross-cultural negotiation, coaching, public relations, and knowledge management.

I served as an associate editor in the Journal of Intercultural Management, a senior theme editor in an Entrepreneurship and Management Journal. I was a Director of several post-graduate certification programs (PR, Business training, International negotiation, and Business psychology).
